Terms of Use
The service
CorpLens (the “Service”) collects information that companies publish in their official filings and reports, keeps each fact with the document, page and sentence that support it, and makes it available through a web application and an API.
Information only — not investment advice
The Service provides information for research and business purposes. It is not investment advice, financial advice, legal advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and must not be used as such.
Accuracy
Facts are checked against their source before they are kept, but extraction, translation and summaries can contain errors. Always verify a fact against the cited document before relying on it. When the sources do not support an answer, the Service says so instead of guessing.
Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys confidential and for all use made with them. Tell the Publisher immediately if you believe a key has been exposed; it will be revoked.
Acceptable use
You will not attempt to disrupt the Service, bypass its access controls, resell raw access without agreement, or use it in breach of applicable law.
Source documents
Source documents remain the property of their publishers. The Service quotes them to show where each fact comes from.
Liability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher is not liable for decisions made on the basis of information from the Service, nor for indirect damages.
Publisher
CorpLens is published and operated by Rorqual Systems (“the Publisher”).
