CorpLens is operated by Rorqual Systems. This policy explains what we process and how.
What we process
Account data (email address, hashed password, last sign-in), API usage records for each organisation (route called, status, response time, date), and the questions you submit in “Ask”. The corporate information in CorpLens comes from documents that companies publish themselves.
Questions you ask
To produce a sourced answer, your question and the relevant extracts of public documents are sent to OpenAI, which processes them on our behalf. Do not include confidential or personal information in a question.
Hosting
The application and its database are hosted by Railway (United States, US West region).
Retention
Account data is kept while the account is active. API usage records are kept for operating and securing the Service. You may request the deletion of your account.
